SaneFocus does not require you to create an account or sign in to use the app.

Local notes

Notes are stored locally on your Mac. SaneFocus does not upload your notes to JP Forge Studio servers.

No analytics upload

SaneFocus does not upload analytics. The app does not use third-party analytics SDKs.

Focus return

SaneFocus remembers the app that was active before quick capture and asks macOS to reactivate that app after the notes window closes. This does not require Accessibility permission.
