SaneFocus does not require you to create an account or sign in to use the app.

Local notes

Notes are stored locally on your Mac. SaneFocus does not upload your notes to JP Forge Studio servers.

No analytics upload

SaneFocus does not upload analytics. The app does not use third-party analytics SDKs.

Accessibility permission

SaneFocus may ask for macOS Accessibility permission so it can restore focus to the app you were using after opening and closing the notes window. This permission is used only for window focus behavior.
